The Lucy Burns Institute (LBI) is a Wisconsin not-for-profit corporation. LBI incorporated in December 2006.

LBI is dedicated to sharing information, guidance, practical advice, legal developments and news about open records at the state and local level.

About Lucy Burns

Leslie Graves is the president of the Lucy Burns Institute.
