If you have written an excellent blog post that relates to open records, FOIA or in some other way to access to public documents--and you want to submit this blog post to the Carnival of Open Records--there are three equally easy and yet different ways to do that.

Submission Procedure #1:

Post the blog post URL at the Carnival Workbook. The host of that week's Carnival edition will scan this area of the wiki for new additions prior to preparing that week's Carnival.

Send an email to carnival@wikifoia.com with the following information:

The name of your blog:

The URL of your blog:

The title of the post you're submitting to the Carnival:

The URL of the permanent link to the post:

Trackback, if any:

Your Name:

Type "Carnival of Open Records Submission" in the subject line of your email.
