The Carnival of Open Records plans to launch the week of July 30, 2007.

The arbitrarily-established deadline for submitting articles to the Carnival to get into a given week's edition is Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. That week's carnival host, once the articles have been submitted to him or her, will then compile them and post the week's edition on his or her blog. That can be done within hours or later in the week. Ideally, the edition should go up no later than late Wednesday.
